Your findings will be documented in expert reports, and you may need to provide testimony for legal proceedings. Mentorship of junior engineers will be a key component of your duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct failure investigations in building structures
• Attend client meetings and secure evidence
• Deliver detailed and analytical reports collaboratively
• Coach and mentor junior engineering personnel
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental protocols
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architectural discipline
• 6+ years in structural damage analysis
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Bring a positive sense of humor to navigate challenges
