Position: Director of Engineering at Mitsoh
Mitsoh seeks an experienced Director of Engineering & Continuous Improvement to drive operational excellence and scalability in their manufacturing processes. This leadership role emphasizes engineering strategy and continuous improvement in a dynamic food production environment.

The Director will oversee Mitsoh's engineering infrastructure, capital projects, and optimize manufacturing efficiencies. You will collaborate with multiple departments while implementing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. The goal is to align operational practices with world-class safety and quality standards, ensuring robust production growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering strategy for company growth

• Manage capital projects from initiation to completion

• Enhance manufacturing throughput and efficiency

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives across operations

• Develop preventive maintenance and reliability programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• 8+ years of engineering leadership in CPG manufacturing

• Experience with GFSI-certified facilities

• Strong project management and optimization skills

• Familiarity with ERP and operational reporting tools
