In this role, you will enhance project delivery by acting as the primary interface for project controls within the CA West Energy and Resources portfolio. Your focus will encompass cost control, reporting, and process development, ensuring teams have the guidance they need. Experience in mentorship and training will be pivotal to instilling best practices among project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct project controls for power delivery initiatives
• Maintain and enhance scheduling and reporting standards
• Provide mentorship for project controls disciplines
• Develop project controls documentation and resources
• Collaborate with BC Hydro on project performance
Requirements:
• Academic background in Engineering or related fields
• Over 10 years in project controls management
• Required proficiency in Oracle and Primavera P6
• Experience with BC Hydro is advantageous
• Strong analytical skills and process improvement mindset
