In this high-impact leadership role, you will guide the execution of complex infrastructure projects while mentoring Project Managers r experience in hydropower or dam projects, alongside your project management expertise, will be vital in establishing project visions and achieving success criteria. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective project delivery and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee dam and hydropower project delivery
• Mentor Project Managers for success
• Establish project objectives and strategies
• Coordinate with engineering and stakeholder teams
• Act as the senior client contact for projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
• Minimum 20 years in project management
• Eligible for P.Eng. registration in Western Canada
• Established network with power utilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
Drive impactful hydropower projects and strategic partnerships with WSP, shaping Canada’s energy future.
