Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage geotechnical projects from proposal to completion
• Build strong relationships with clients for optimal solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure quality standards
• Identify process improvement opportunities in projects
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for successful execution
Requirements:
• P.Eng. license required in Canada
• Experience with geotechnical engineering and project management
• Advanced proficiency in engineering analysis tools
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
