Activate is seeking a passionate Game Facilitator for its Edmonton location! In this exciting part-time position, you will engage players and enhance their gaming experience with top-notch service.
As a part of Activate, a leader in innovative gaming experiences, your role will involve guiding customers and ensuring seamless gameplay in a high-energy environment. You’ll be the point of contact for players, making their visits unforgettable as you balance check-ins, gameplay monitoring, and facility maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate unique gaming experiences for customers
• Conduct informative briefings for new game participants
• Observe gameplay and provide immediate assistance
• Manage check-in procedures efficiently, handling transactions
• Clean and maintain the facility to ensure a pleasant experience
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of customer service experience desired
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities
• Personable and energetic, capable of engaging large crowds
• Adaptable to varied shifts alongside team collaboration
