Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics for group sales programs

• Manage inventory of sales assets for events

• Liaise with clients and internal teams

• Prepare and distribute event details and reports

• Provide onsite event support and assist post-event

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the event industry

• Event Management Certificate or related education

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Excellent organization and time management skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
