Position: Operational Role in Event Services
Step into the Event Services Crew role with Explore Edmonton at the Edmonton EXPO Centre, focused on supporting event operations and venue management. Your efforts will influence the success of various events in the city.

Reporting to the Event Operations Manager, this role encompasses event setup, maintenance, and equipment operation. You will work within a team to ensure all spaces are event-ready, adhering to safety regulations while maintaining quality standards. Your ability to adapt to changing priorities will be crucial in this fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare rooms and event setups according to requirements

• Operate tools such as lawn mowers and forklifts

• Assist in maintaining safety during events

• Check and maintain venue supplies and equipment

• Perform other operational duties as needed

Requirements:

• Strong team collaboration and flexibility

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks

• Availability for flexible working hours

• Previous experience in event or facility operations preferred
