In this role, you will manage a portfolio of VIP players, ensuring they receive the highest level of attention and tailored communication. Your responsibilities will include hosting VIP events, analyzing player data to enhance engagement strategies, and resolving any player concerns effectively while adhering to responsible gaming policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop engagement plans for high-value player accounts
• Attend and host VIP events ensuring exceptional experiences
• Monitor and interpret player activity trends
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Work with CRM for segmentations and insights
Requirements:
• 2-4 years in online gaming or customer service
• Proven ability to build strong relationships quickly
• Experience managing VIP accounts preferred
• Analytical mindset to derive insights from data
• Committed to responsible gaming policies
