DASCH Productions is looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to enhance our event support team. In this part-time role, you will assist with event setup and teardown, coordinate with vendors, and provide guest support. Your responsibilities will also include AV coordination and ensuring the cleanliness of event spaces throughout execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with event setup and teardown tasks

• Support vendor coordination and supplier liaisons

• Provide guest-facing support during events

• Assist with basic AV coordination as needed

• Maintain organization and cleanliness of event areas

Requirements:

• Previous experience in corporate events or weddings

• Strong communication skills with a client-first mindset

• Calm and adaptable in high-pressure situations

• Must be physically capable of handling event tasks

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
