Key Responsibilities:

• Offer exceptional and friendly service to all guests

• Process transactions for playcards using payment systems

• Uphold cash handling procedures and reports

• Assist guests with prize redemption and inquiries

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of gaming areas

Requirements:

• Legally able to work in Canada

• Willingness to work flexible shifts

• Proven customer service and communication skills

• Ability to stand for long durations

• Inventory management experience an advantage
