This 12-month term position is designed for a proactive event professional with strong client relations and logistical expertise. As a key point of contact, you will ensure each event runs smoothly, balancing multiple projects while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and execution of events from concept to completion

• Facilitate meetings and support clients during events

• Manage event logistics, including technical and food services

• Maintain accurate records using event management systems

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in event management or hospitality

• Strong organizational and customer service skills

• Ability to manage time and priorities effectively
