This visible role involves guiding Slot attendants and ensuring that all operations align with AGLC Terms and Conditions. You will be the key point of contact for guests and collaborate with Casino Hosts to elevate the overall gaming atmosphere. Your leadership will promote teamwork, problem-solving, and customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with guests and encourage signing up for PURE Rewards
• Monitor slot operations and report safety concerns
• Assist Slot attendants as needed during busy periods
• Communicate operational goals and support department collaboration
• Mentor team members and execute performance evaluations
Requirements:
• Grade XII High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience in guest relationship management
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 15 pounds
