In this senior management role, you'll act as a subject matter expert, focusing on structuring complex financing transactions, from construction loans to multi-entity arrangements. Conduct in-depth analysis and credit underwriting to support portfolio growth, while minimizing risks and providing high-value solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders and coordinate with internal teams for seamless transaction execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Structure and analyze complex real estate financing deals
• Manage portfolio performance and client relationships
• Prepare credit applications and recommendations
• Partner with Account Managers for deal origination
• Negotiate terms with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant experience
• Proven ability to structure complex transactions
• Strong expertise in credit underwriting and risk management
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
