As the Head of Finance, you will spearhead financial management for Oerlikon Metco's Canadian manufacturing site. This senior role involves partnering with global finance teams and plant leadership, driving profitability, operational excellence, and strong compliance. Your expertise in financial planning and reporting is critical for impactful decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial reporting and monthly close activities

• Manage manufacturing cost accounting and inventory valuation

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and compliance initiatives

• Ensure strong internal controls and audit readiness

• Collaborate with leadership to support business growth

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; CPA/CA preferred

• 20+ years of progressive finance experience in manufacturing

• Expertise in SAP FI/CO and IFRS regulations

• Willingness to travel internationally when needed

• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
