Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with banking service transactions

• Enhance customer experience through process recommendations
Requirements:
• High School diploma and over 1 year of relevant experience
• Investment Funds Canada certification within three months
• Proficient in MS Office and branch technology
• Strong organizational and planning abilities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
