Manager, Finance – Insurance Services Lead Financial Excellence at AMA Insurance The Opportunity Are you a strategic financial leader who knows how to turn complex financial information into clear business direction? AMA Insurance is looking for a Manager, Finance – Insurance Services to lead a team of finance professionals and provide the financial expertise, insight and guidance that support sound decision-making across the business.

Reporting to the Controller, you’ll oversee financial reporting, controls, forecasting and financial systems while working closely with leaders across Insurance Services. You’ll interpret financial results, identify trends and opportunities, strengthen processes and controls, and provide recommendations that contribute to the development and execution of our business strategies.

Just as importantly, you’ll lead and develop a team of accounting and finance professionals, creating an environment built on collaboration, accountability, continuous learning and exceptional service. The role currently has responsibility for Accounting Technicians I & II, Accountants I & II and a Financial Analyst.
