Within Treasury Board and Finance, Finance Shared Services provides centralized financial services across government. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Lead, you will process transactions, resolve discrepancies, and support compliant payments. This permanent role requires three years of related experience.

• Process invoices, credit memos, and specialized payment transactions
• Investigate discrepancies involving pricing, coding, taxes, and payment terms
• Reconcile documentation and validate financial transaction information
• Verify vendor records and prevent duplicate or incorrect payments
• Respond to inquiries and guide stakeholders through corrective actions

• High school diploma and three years of related experience
• Experience in accounts payable or related financial administration
• Experience processing high-volume transactions accurately
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls
• Experience using enterprise financial or business systems
