Creditor Insurance Sales Associate

Support mortgage clients remotely through creditor insurance conversations, applications, and follow-up with CIBC’s Mobile Advice team. Help protect what matters during important financing decisions.
As a Creditor Sales Insurance Associate, you will guide clients after Mortgage Advisor referrals and explain available protection options. You will manage referred opportunities, coordinate documentation, and support files before funding where possible. The work requires client-facing sales, pipeline management, accurate records, and collaboration with internal partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage mortgage clients in needs-based protection conversations
Explain creditor insurance options using clear language
Deliver applications and complete required documentation
Follow up on unsigned forms and outstanding actions
Coordinate referrals with Mortgage Advisors and partners
Requirements:
Experience in client-facing sales or financial services
Experience managing pipelines, documentation, and follow-up activities
Mortgage, insurance, or banking experience is valuable
Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
Ability to adapt to evolving digital tools
Bring client-focused sales, documentation, pipeline coordination, and creditor insurance skills to CIBC’s remote Mobile Advice team.
