The position includes transaction processing, confidential customer matters, concern resolution, and timely business processes. Strong organization, MS Office knowledge, and customer experience skills support daily work.

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
• Determine customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
• Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities
• Promote banking solutions and complete business processes
• Support team effectiveness and operational improvements

• High School diploma and one year relevant experience
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
• Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management
• Hands-on MS Office and internet knowledge
• Accurate, detail-oriented, calm, and courteous communication
