As a Personal Banking Advisor, you will support retail personal and business clients with savings, investments, credit, and lending solutions. You will identify financial objectives, assess risk appetite, and recognize complex situations requiring escalation. The position combines relationship building, sales pipeline development, mortgage expertise, and digital adoption.

• Customize guidance for high-net-worth clients’ financial situations
• Manage residential mortgages from application through funding
• Recommend savings, investment, credit, and lending products
• Build client relationships through communication and proactive outreach
• Promote ATB digital tools and omnichannel adoption

• Three to five years identifying and converting sales pipelines
• Retail banking or similar industry experience
• Residential mortgage origination and end-to-end lending experience
• Experience navigating complex lending and credit analysis
• Finance or business degree, diploma, or relevant experience
