Build customer relationships at TD Canada Trust in Edmonton by providing banking guidance, financial information, and practical service support.
As a Personal Banking Associate, you will help existing and prospective TD customers with financial queries and banking needs. The work includes new accounts, investment advice, banking solutions, confidential judgement, and referrals to appropriate internal partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Provide information and advice on banking products
- Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
- Report critical and non-standard matters to management
- Recommend improvements to branch operations and processes
- High School diploma and/or one-plus years relevant experience
- Related post-secondary or undergraduate degree preferred
- Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within ninety days
- Effective verbal and written customer communication
- Initiative, planning, organization, and time-management skills
Use financial guidance, customer relationship skills, and operational judgement to support banking needs at TD Canada Trust.
