About the position
DutiesReporting to the Human Resources Manager, this position will primarily provide operational human resources support in staffing and may provide advice related to occupational health and safety, classification, labour relations, learning, disability management, or human resource planning.
We are also looking for someone who has the drive and ability to work both independently and in collaboration with their other members of Parks Canada’s team. This includes working with different departments within the Jasper Field Unit, as well as across other field units and national office. This role requires someone with the ability to distill complex and complicated information and processes into simple and practical terms for client groups and stakeholders.
Strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to lead through influence are important to succeeding in this role.
