As a Records Advisor, you will provide compliance support, advisory guidance, and operational assistance pertaining to records management practices. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring records compliance, contributing to digital transformation projects, and delivering training for staff to enhance records management understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support compliant records lifecycle activities adhering to legislation
• Provide advisory support on records management practices
• Assist in monitoring compliance gaps and risks
• Contribute to digitization and system change projects
• Deliver training and awareness sessions for stakeholders
Requirements:
• 1-year post-secondary certificate in a related field
• 2 years of progressively related experience in records management
• Knowledge of retention schedules and policies
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools
