In this role, you'll be at the heart of operations, managing the dispatch for over 200 frontline personnel. You'll evaluate complaints, coordinate emergency responses, and ensure effective communication among law enforcement units. Your exceptional ability to prioritize tasks will be vital to maintaining public safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize CAD systems for real-time officer tracking
• Conduct critical background checks on calls received
• Address sensitive complaints from the public and partners
• Collaborate with multiple agencies for effective dispatch
• Capture data for statistical reporting and management
Requirements:
• Completion of High School or equivalent
• Certificate related to Emergency Communications required
• At least one year of dispatch experience preferred
• Proficiency with technical dispatch tools and software
• Strong organizational skills and calm demeanor
