The Corman Park Police Service (CPPS) is a growing rural police service dedicated to proactive patrol, road safety, impaired driving countermeasures, and strong community engagement with residents and businesses throughout the Rural Municipality. • Graduate of the Saskatchewan Police College or recognized Canadian equivalent
• Demonstrated excellence in communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong integrity and moral character
• Physically fit; able to work shift work on a 24-hour basis
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License
• Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Ability to successfully complete a comprehensive security clearance
• Must have worked for an accredited Canadian police agency within the previous 3 years
• No pending disciplinary matters
• Experience coaching and mentoring direct reports
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
