Key Responsibilities:
• Support compliant records lifecycle activities according to legislation
• Provide advisory guidance on records management practices
• Assist in identifying compliance gaps and risks
• Contribute to system change and digitization projects
• Deliver training and awareness sessions for stakeholders
Requirements:
• 1-year post-secondary certificate in a relevant field
• 2 years of records management experience
• Strong knowledge of retention schedules and policies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools
