As a Regulatory Compliance Investigator, you will handle complex investigations under key legislation, ensuring accountability in Alberta’s utility sector.
Your role will involve planning and executing investigations, drafting comprehensive reports, and liaising with various stakeholders. You will contribute to maintaining public trust by conducting thorough analysis and interpretation of regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough investigations under Rural Utilities Act
• Prepare detailed investigative reports for decision-makers
• Manage high-volume caseloads effectively and efficiently
• Provide oversight as Lead Investigator on complex files
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for support
Requirements:
• University degree in public administration or related field
• 4 years of experience in investigations or utilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication abilities for diverse audiences
• Knowledge of government regulatory frameworks
