Position: Full-Time Records Advisor Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate compliant records lifecycle management activities

• Provide guidance on records management policies

• Monitor compliance and assess opportunities for improvement

• Lead records-related projects, including digitization

• Train staff on effective records management practices

Requirements:

• 1-year post-secondary certificate in a related area

• 2 years of experience in operational record management

• Familiarity with records policies and retention schedules

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Knowledge of digital tools and systems
