Connect data trends to community impact in the Infill Liaison Role at the City of Edmonton. This hybrid position emphasizes analytical thinking and collaboration to elevate construction site accountability in urban planning.
As part of the Coordinated Construction Accountability Team (CCAT), you will bridge data intelligence with community awareness, managing dashboards and addressing inquiries related to infill development. The role also involves creating strategic reports and collaborating cross-departmentally to align public messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track and analyze safety data for construction sites
• Compile monthly reports and present findings
• Oversee the complaints tracking program for efficiencies
• Mediate customer inquiries and complaints effectively
• Partner with community organizations to enhance awareness
Requirements:
• Degree in business or public administration
• Minimum two years of relevant operational experience
• Strong skills in data analytics and project management
• Background in urban planning is a plus
• Alberta Class 5 driver’s license is required
