As an Assessor Assistant, you'll prepare for inspections and gather critical data for property assessments. You'll effectively manage workloads and utilize the CAMA system for data entry and verification. A strong understanding of construction and courteous communication with clients will be essential in ensuring accurate assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate property classifications and characteristics
• Plan and execute efficient inspection routes
• Perform site inspections for data collection
• Update property records in CAMA system
• Collaborate with assessors on property evaluations
Requirements:
• 1st year of UBC Certificate in Real Property Assessment
• Familiarity with assessment processes and construction
• Alberta Class 5 driver's licence required
• Proficiency in Google Workspace applications
• Ability to conduct inspections outdoors
