In this ongoing position, you’ll report to a CPIC Team Leader and process criminal and traffic warrants, court orders, and police reports. Utilizing excellent communication skills, you will interact with law enforcement agencies across Canada and internationally. Candidates must be prepared for 12-hour rotating shifts and possess strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Disseminate confidential information through various channels
• Process warrants and police reports accurately
• Maintain agency records on the CPIC system
• Respond to inquiries from police personnel and external agencies
• Transcribe live information using radio and telephone
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum three years in a Police/Court environment
• Strong data entry and retrieval skills
• Experience in radio communications is an asset
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
