In this essential role within the Social Development Branch, you'll support the Safe and Healthy Communities Section, focusing on strategic and business planning while fostering collaboration across various teams. Engage with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that drive performance and enhance the integration of city initiatives supporting social progress.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning processes and ensure strategy alignment
• Analyze data to provide insights for decision-making
• Develop performance measurement tools to track effectiveness
• Assist leadership with strategic advice on operational policies
• Facilitate liaising among stakeholders for coordinated efforts
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Planning or related field
• Minimum five years of experience in project and strategy management
