The Edmonton Police Service is seeking a Partnership Advisor for a full-time temporary role until November 2027. You will leverage your expertise in stakeholder engagement and strategic planning to build strong collaborative relationships across various sectors. This role includes advisory, facilitation, and strategic support to internal teams, as well as managing partnerships focusing on the EPS Strategic Plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships within your portfolio

• Develop and implement partnership management strategies

• Provide strategic planning services to stakeholders

• Track and evaluate partnership effectiveness

• Conduct assessments to identify improvement opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field

• Minimum five years in advisory roles

• Strong communication and facilitation skills

• Ability to manage complex issues diplomatically

• Experience in social sector agencies preferred
