ATCO Electric Health and Safety seeks a full-time Emergency Management & Business Resilience Advisor. This role involves enhancing emergency preparedness and business continuity programs to ensure operational resilience. You'll collaborate with various teams and contribute to crucial operations that safeguard community services and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and improve emergency management and business resilience programs

• Conduct risk and vulnerability analyses for business impacts

• Plan and facilitate emergency exercises, ensuring preparedness

• Support real incident responses, adhering to standards

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for program strength

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Emergency Management or related field

• 5+ years in emergency management or business continuity

• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices

• Experience with GIS tools and emergency response initiatives

• ICS instructor certification is a plus
