  • Prepare briefing notes, reports, presentations, communications products and other materials that translate complex information into clear, practical advice for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide guidance to departments, public agencies and other stakeholders on governance, recruitment, systems and related processes.
  • Work with IT and business partners to resolve system issues, improve processes, support testing and reduce data-integrity risks.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, training materials and information resources that support consistent and effective service delivery.

Competencies are behaviors that are essential to reach our goals in serving Albertans. We encourage you to have an in depth understanding of the competencies that are required for this opportunity and to be prepared to demonstrate them during the recruitment process.

  • Build Collaborative Environments: Build productive relationships across PAS, government departments, public agencies, IT and other partners to resolve issues and achieve shared outcomes.
