Lead Policy Analyst, iGaming

In this full-time role with Service Alberta and Red Tape Reduction, you’ll address complex iGaming challenges while collaborating with multiple stakeholders. Your strategic thinking will help guide the development and implementation of key policies within a dynamic regulatory environment, directly impacting Albertans and their experiences in online gambling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead major policy projects for online gambling

• Draft and prepare policy documents and legislation

• Collaborate with GoA Ministries and stakeholders

• Monitor government direction affecting regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in public policy or related field

• Four years of relevant policy analysis experience

• Knowledge of gaming industries and related regulations

• Strong analytical and writing skills

• Experience with stakeholder engagement
