The City of Beaumont invites residents to apply for the Beaumont Subdivision and Development Appeal Board (SDAB). One vacancy exists as of December 31, 2026, with a three-year term and eligibility to be reappointed after a pause. Members must be Beaumont residents and may be developers or members of the public.
Hearings are scheduled 1–3 times per year, plus training and an annual meeting. Remuneration and expenses are provided under the SDAB Bylaw, with eligibility criteria and an application
