Pursue an active law enforcement career as a Parking Bylaw Enforcement Officer with Concord Parking in Edmonton. This full-time role focuses on proactive parking regulation enforcement and community education.
As a member of the enforcement team contracted by the City of Edmonton, your role is critical in maintaining order on city streets by patrolling assigned areas and addressing parking violations. You will start with foot patrol, with opportunities to advance into more specialized roles, emphasizing your commitment to public service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enforce non-moving vehicle violations under Bylaw 5590
• Conduct foot patrols in all weather conditions
• Issue citations and educate on parking regulations
• Maintain detailed documentation and reports
• Communicate effectively with fellow officers and supervisors
Requirements:
• At least 18 years of age
• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
• Clean driving abstract required
• 2 years of post-secondary education or related experience
• Availability for full-time hours, including weekends
