As a Barber Mentor, you will embody the brand’s values while inspiring your team to provide outstanding grooming experiences. This role entails fostering relationships with clients, conducting thorough consultations, and maintaining a professional work atmosphere. You’ll also take on the responsibility of training barbers in advanced techniques and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations to understand customer preferences

• Provide customized haircut and styling solutions

• Display exemplary barbering techniques, including fades

• Foster strong relationships with loyal clientele

• Ensure cleanliness and sterilization of all tools

Requirements:

• Journeyman-certified barber or in training

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of haircut techniques and trends

• Experience in upselling products and services

• Flexibility for varied shift work
