- Provide superior customer service and model eClienteling
- Encourage customers to participate in PC Optimum
- Book appointments for in-store beauty events
- Attend vendor schools and education sessions
- Cosmetics selling skills and independent decision-making
- Proven consultative selling experience and communication skills
- Knowledge of beauty products and available services
- Ability to conduct makeup and skincare consultations
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders
