- Work with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, directed towards maintaining and enhancing their physical abilities, lifestyle and well-being.
- Be responsible for managing and prioritizing clinical caseloads, and for the coordination and delivery of therapeutic services.
- Participate in a collaborative care model providing holistic, comprehensive care to meet the needs of clients.
- Promote positive relationships between clients, team members, funders and the community.
- You are registered as a member in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta.
- Ability to travel within the Red Deer area (valid driver's license and reliable car is required).
- Health Care Providers Level C CPR certification issued within the last 12 months prior to commencement of employment.
- Your focus is to embrace person and family-centered care.
- You are passionate, empathetic, use good judgement and apply critical thinking when making client decisions.
- You are known for your excellent communication skills and ability to work in collaboration within an interdisciplinary team as well as work independently.
- You value the role a therapist plays in keeping clients at home when that is of personal importance.
