Physiotherapist Responsibilities

• Thorough Assessments: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and medical history to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Evidence-Based Treatments: Provide evidence-based physiotherapy treatments, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to help patients recover from injuries and improve mobility.
• Collaborative Care: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within our multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal treatment outcomes.
• Progress Monitoring: Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve rehabilitation goals.

  Educate patients on injury prevention, self‑management techniques, and home exercise programs to support their recovery.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records, including treatment plans and progress reports.
• Ethical Standards: Adhere to all professional, ethical, and legal standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and privacy.
• Continuous Learning: Stay informed about advancements in physiotherapy techniques and participate in professional development activities.

• Licensed Physiotherapist: Licensed Physiotherapist in Alberta, Canada, with current registration in good standing.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
• Experience: Proven experience in providing effective physiotherapy treatments and rehabilitation services.

• WCB and MVA Knowledge: Familiarity with Workers' Compensation Board (WCB) and Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA) processes.
