Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate and manage funding authorizations with insurance providers
• Proactively monitor expiry dates and renewals
• Document clinical notes in electronic medical records accurately
• Provide prompt responses to client inquiries via email and phone
• Collaborate with physicians to obtain necessary documentation
Requirements:
• Strong background in healthcare administration or insurance coordination
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities independently
• Preferred post-secondary education in Health Administration
