Elevate diabetes care as a Clinical Specialist for the Omni Pod Insulin Management System in Quebec! Engage with healthcare providers and patients to promote effective insulin management solutions. As a Clinical Specialist, you will collaborate with Territory Managers and the Inside Sales team to address clinical needs and maximize patient outcomes. This role requires a proactive approach to training individuals on insulin pump therapy, including tailored virtual sessions and group demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities- Promote Omni Pod perks through direct patient sessions
- Conduct virtual training via recommended platforms
- Record detailed interactions in Salesforce
- Aid key accounts with customized training and support
- Facilitate product demos and educational events for HCPs
- Relevant Bachelor's degree required
- 1 year experience with pump patients necessary
- Mandatory credentials (CDE, RD, RN)
- Bilingual in French and English required
- Valid driver’s license essential
