Beltone invites experienced and new Hearing Instrument Specialists to join its dedicated team.
Your role will include managing patient processes, conducting diagnostics, and ensuring the best hearing aid solutions. Enjoy direct support from mentorship and training programs aimed at your success in a rewarding career.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct hearing evaluations and tests for patients
• Recommend optimal hearing aid solutions based on assessments
• Fit hearing aids and complete medical documentation
• Perform follow-up care and develop checkup schedules
• Generate leads through community outreach efforts
Requirements:
• Open to new graduates and experienced professionals
• Strong sales aptitude with a successful hearing aid sales record
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent decision-making abilities in patient care
• Registered HIS in Alberta or eligibility to register
