Enhance patient experiences as a Full-Time Optical Associate at FYidoctors Edmonton - Calling wood. Utilize your optical knowledge to deliver exceptional eyewear services in a collaborative environment.
This full-time role requires 30-40 hours weekly, with shifts available Monday to Saturday. You will educate patients on eyewear options, assist with frame selection, and ensure proper fit and measurements. Your engagement with patients will be fundamental in providing them with high-quality vision solutions and ensuring seamless clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome patients in the clinic
• Educate on eyewear tailored to lifestyles
• Interpret optical prescriptions from optometrist
• Perform frame measurements and adjustments
• Manage billing, payments, and appointments
Requirements:
• Previous optical or retail experience preferred
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and technology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to priorities
• Team-oriented with a proactive mindset
