Your expertise will involve setting up CPAP equipment, educating patients, and collaborating with care teams for optimal outcomes. You’ll also assist with insurance claims and maintain accurate patient records, all while contributing to our mission of transforming sleep health for Canadians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient sleep health and develop personalized therapy plans

• Set up CPAP equipment and provide patient education

• Collaborate with physicians for coordinated care

• Support therapy adherence through regular follow-ups

• Document patient interactions in EMRs accurately

Requirements:

• RRT, LPN, RN, CPSGT or RPSGT preferred

• Strong communication and patient-first mindset

• Experience with sleep therapies and CPAP is an asset

• Comfortable with technology and retail sales

• Ability to adapt and work collaboratively
