Become an Emergency Medical Responder with IPS for the Spring/Summer Wildfire Season in Edmonton, Alberta. Deliver responsive patient care while choosing your project duration.
IPS is actively hiring EMRS to join our valued team during critical wildfire deployments. Benefit from a flexible work schedule with options for long-term or short-term projects. Enjoy a balance of work and downtime with a manageable 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off rotation, including day, night, and weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver integrated patient care for wildfire incidents
• Perform patient assessments and outline treatment plans
• Communicate patient status to emergency services
• Follow reporting requirements for incidents and treatments
• Complete other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
• Unrestricted EMR registration with Alberta College of Paramedics
• Class 5 Alberta Drivers License with a clean abstract
