Position: Life Enrichment Manager at Touchmark

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and develop a Life Enrichment team

• Plan and execute wellness programs

• Conduct daily stand-up meetings to foster commitment

• Ensure completion of residents' Wellness Assessments

• Maintain the annual Life Enrichment budget

Requirements:

• Four-year degree in related field

• 2 years experience in senior Life Enrichment Programs

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Ability to demonstrate marketing and sales proficiency

• Enthusiasm for working with aging adults
